Excessive drinking each week and lack of physical exercise is giving me a gut. I’m still skinny…but I’m getting a gut. Gross. Or has society trained me to think it’s gross? I really don’t want this…so…what to do, what to do. I’ve never in my life had to think about this kinda stuff so it’s a bit shocking.

…hhhhhhhhhhhmmm.

    START IN STEPS:

  • quit drinking for a while (let’s be quantitative: until Dec. 31)
  • walk to the grocery store, don’t take the bus
  • sunny days? take a walk or a jog to gasworks
  • crunches mon-tues-wed-thurs before work
  • step up on steamed vegetables
  • suggestions?

If I keep this up, I might as well take up a bulking up routine
………..naaaaaaah. Haha

  • Drink lots of water! Veggies and fruits diet helps in getting clearer skin too as well as providing good nutrients and energy for your body. And you might not feel as sluggish or gross.
