It’s marketing crunch time. This is what my team needs to provide by next week:
Items for the Marketing Team //
* SWOT Analysis
* List of Potential Wholesale Clients
* List of Potential Retail Clients
* List of Potential Loans/Financing Options
* Interview Notes, Minutes, E-mails
Items for the Financial Team //
* Estimated Costs for Continuing Retail
* Estimated Costs for Creating Wholesale
* Cost-Benefit Analysis for Both Distribution Styles
* Breakdown of What Sales Volume is Needed to Break-even & Sales Forecast
* All of Rozana Cuizine’s financial statements as well as projected statements
In addition to this, an external marketing plan and a catalog of milestones and goal periods for the implementation stages of her business.
I can’t believe what I got myself into with this project. This is so overwhelming, I can’t stand it. ~ Been working on it all night thus far, and I have a headache from it already. I’ll be focusing on this all weekend, but I’m actually willing to sacrifice it in hopes of gaining a feeling of accomplishment afterward.
But here’s something to look forward to: PASSION COMES TO SEATTLE > MARCH 1!!!
I’m definitely going to go out of my way to see that show. I can’t wait…
I just hope I didn’t jinx myself with all the anticipation.
