Exciting Nonetheless

I won’t be around for the completion of this system (+delays) in 2016, but I am really excited to see how this new transit system for turn out for Seattle. It’s time we start catching up with bigger cities and start making things more convenient for the daily commuter. I won’t have to move Downtown to work easily without a car. Double-edged sword: hopefully I won’t be around to have to worry about those types of things any way.

Bored again

Took a long hiatus from going out, but then returned for a four-day stint, leaving me tired and wanting a big break again. It seems like everything is really mundane again. I wish I had more adventures.

Also not helping is an emptied out U.District. On the other hand, it’s refreshing to live student-free for a while.

ONE DAY’

Tell me why, I don’t know why, 紙が与えたmission, 果たしたいよ。Hurt no more but I don’t know.

それが証明You hear people sayin’ ”世界を変えることなんて無理”なんていう前にdo it。 工事中、おれたちいまだ未完成、だけどwe’ll be perfect one day。

世界がこんなにも悲しい、かれ果ててる大地can’t you see? 同じ星にいるwe are family。 Let’s show our love for someone.

それがcity life? What does it all mean?

Tell me why, I don’t know why, 紙が与えたmission, 果たしたいよ。Hurt no more but I don’t know.

Memories of Will

No sound. Low quality. Not even a very significant moment in our lives, but some of the happiest memories and emotions are contained within this tiny clip. We’ve grown apart through fights, time, and distance, but even so, I still cherish all the good times that were had. I’ll miss you a lot, Will. May you finally be at peace.

New Musical Obsession

Just discovered Shota Shimizu (清水翔太) after shopping at Daiso the other day – haha.
He sounds like the Neyo of Japan, and I can’t help but love that R&B style in his voice.

He also covers Yoshika and m-flo’s ‘Let Go’ in a tribute album:[youtube=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V_5GfE11Ag0&hl=en_US&fs=1&rel=0&color1=0x3a3a3a&color2=0x999999&border=1]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V_5GfE11Ag0

Modern alternative to traditional sodas

I’m not officially employed by ‘DRY Soda’ but my PR internship is basically doing all their communications any way. Aka – I’m doing a lot of their communications at the very-bottom, research level. Therefore, through transitive property, I am working for DRY Soda. Haha. Welcome to the beverage industry, Me.

Tired but worth it (allegedly)

It would be great to take a break from this lifestyle again, but once I do, things spiral into seclusion again. Is that what I really want? Then again, maintaining a social network is a taxing endeavor. Sadly (or fortunately) that is the nature of marketing – that is the nature of my industry.
