Top Dawgs of Advertising

The irony: I graduated from UW (go Huskies) and find myself running among another pack of canines.

I attended the first presentation for Top Dawg Awards in lieu of our Industry Hero night at school. This is an incentivizing program that showcases everyone’s top work. There’s recognition and a cash prize for the grand prize winner(s) selected by industry leaders. Thus tonight, I got to see some really awesome advertising by very talented individuals. I’m excited to create and play with the mediums they used as well as potentially work with some of these star creatives at some point. In addition, I also got some great feedback on one of my class projects. Teacher commented on how it’s Top Dawg potential for next quarter submissions. Compliment indeed.

With that, tonight ended on a good note. It has been a good night.
