EPIC EPIC FAIL IN THE KITCHEN TONIGHT…sigh…

This sexiness, I must have it.

Sometimes I take for granted the freedom that I actually have –
to come and go as I please, from my own home at all hours.

Excessive drinking each week and lack of physical exercise is giving me a gut. I’m still skinny…but I’m getting a gut. Gross. Or has society trained me to think it’s gross? I really don’t want this…so…what to do, what to do. I’ve never in my life had to think about this kinda stuff so it’s a bit shocking.

…hhhhhhhhhhhmmm.

START IN STEPS:
• quit drinking for a while (let’s be quantitative: until Dec. 31)
• walk to the grocery store, don’t take the bus
• sunny days? take a walk or a jog to gasworks
• crunches mon-tues-wed-thurs before work
• step up on steamed vegetables
• suggestions?

If I keep this up, I might as well take up a bulking up routine
………..naaaaaaah. Haha
